Andraž Kavaš graduated from Harding University in the United States with a BBA in Business Management. After graduation, he played basketball at professional level for several years (Latvia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Spain,...), and also held various jobs in the administrative, accounting and legal fields in the companies Delavska Hranilnica d.d. and Gregorčič Zastopstva d.o.o. In 2022, he joined the IJZP team, where he works mainly in the field of public procurement and the preparation of investment documentation.

Andraž actively speaks Croatian, English and Spanish, and in 2022 he obtained the certificate "SAP introduction Training in the GBI Modey Company" (basic navigation in SAP ERP and functionalities of the purchasing and sales modules).
