Katja Hodošček graduated and obtained her Master's degree at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana. She gained her first experience in the field of law during a short internship at Ulčar & Partners d.o.o., and since mid-2016 she has been working as a researcher and since 2023 as a senior legal advisor at the Institute for Public-Private Partnership, where she focuses on public procurement, public-private partnerships and public services. In her work, she is also regularly involved in administrative law and construction law issues. She is an assistant professor of public administration at the Faculty of Government and European Studies of the New University. In the future, she intends to focus on development projects such as digitisation of public procurement, crowfunding of public-private partnerships and EU co-funding of projects.
