Klemen Škrtič graduated from the School of Economics and Business at the University of Ljubljana and later pursued a master's degree at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana. As part of the business law module LLM, he focuses on commercial law and public procurement law. In 2024, he joined the IJZP team through student work, gaining experience in public-private partnerships, public procurement, and public tenders. With his interdisciplinary approach, which combines economic analysis and legal regulation, he contributes to the institute’s comprehensive examination of the legal and economic aspects of public programs and projects.
